Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return: must be requested within 30 days of purchase date
Condition of returned item must be unworn, undamaged, and unchanged if for reasons agreed upon before purchase (ie: does not meet event or interior specifications)
Reason for return (if different than above) must be damaged, wrong product packed by entity, or entirely unclear dimensions or product and NOT produced by shipping company or buyer
Process for return will be started via email requesting return at mallourydagon@gmail.com to include adequate photographs of product/s. Please include phone number. If acceptable terms are met, then shipping label for return of product will be provided, to include amount for original destination, which will be in United States only.
Process of refund: after item/s have been returned and inspected, full refund will be given to same purchaser and same method of payment

Terms of Conditions

All artwork for sale created and owned by Malloury Dagon LLC. If any artwork or decor images have been taken down from this site to be sold or curated by another entity, the rights will then be per the respective contract. No other persons or entity has ownership rights outside of sale or contract, to include use of images, other than marketing for Malloury Dagon LLC or Malloury Dagon.

Commission work will be as described per agreement separate from this website.
